Job summary

Seara is seeking dynamic Sales Promoters to represent our frozen products in UAE supermarkets and hypermarkets. You will engage customers, explain product benefits, and promote offers while driving daily, monthly, and quarterly sales targets.

This role requires flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays. Ideal candidates have supermarket or FMCG experience and strong English communication, with knowledge of other languages considered an advantage.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in supermarket sales, FMCG industry is an advantage.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to achieve targets.
