Summary of Service Requirement
The service requirement of the client is to support sales operations. This service will support volume and production planning, managing vehicle allocation across diverse markets, facilitating effective communication with our dealer network, and delivering insightful sales analysis and reporting. Additionally, it will support efforts to digitise and streamline reporting landscape to enhance operational efficiency and data-driven decision-making.
Scope of the Service Requirement
- Volume Planning: Collaborate with regional sales team and cross-functional partners to accurately forecast and plan vehicle volumes aligned with market demand and company targets across the Middle East and Africa. This spans planning & monthly forecasting cycles.
- Production Planning & Allocation: Support production planning and allocation of vehicles to various markets within the region balancing supply & demand in line with Company’s leading principles.
- Sales Planning: Support the regional sales team with development & deployment of regional planning, as aligned to annual/long-term objectives to deliver sustainable business results.
- Sales Reporting: Responsible for the reporting landscape, preparing and distributing comprehensive sales and operational reports to regional and global stakeholders, maintaining high standards of accuracy and timeliness.
- Sales Analysis: Leverage regional sales data to identify trends, market opportunities, and potential risks, providing actionable insights to support regional sales strategies.
- Dealership Liaison: Act as a liaison for dealer inquiries within the region with regards to planning, ordering & logistics, providing timely support and maintaining clear, consistent communication channels across the dealer network.
- Digitalisation: Drive digitisation & automation within the sales function, driving efficiencies, accuracy & accessibility of data across the region.
- Tactical Incentives: Support with quarterly tactical incentive deployment & monitoring.
Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor or Master’s degree in Business Management or similar discipline.
Experience
- Proven experience in sales operations, production planning, or a related function, preferably within the automotive or luxury goods sector.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools such as Excel and business intelligence platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage relationships across diverse markets and cultures.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with strong attention to detail.
- Experience in process improvement and digital transformation initiatives is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of the Middle East and Africa automotive markets is a plus.
- Highly detail-oriented with a creative eye and strategic thinking.
