The role is responsible for promoting the companys insurance products nurturing client relationships and contributing to overall business growth. Key Responsibilities
  • Promote and sell a diverse range of insurance products (motor medical life and general).
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend suitable coverage options.
  • Coordinate with underwriting and claims teams for smooth policy processing.
  • Meet or exceed assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Ensure all sales activities comply with regulatory and ethical standards.
  • Participate in marketing campaigns events and client meetings.
  • Maintain accurate client records and update CRM systems regularly.
Key Requirements
  • UAEN mandatory.
  • Bachelors degree in business Marketing or a related discipline.
  • 13 years of experience in insurance sales or financial services (fresh graduates with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply).
