Job summary

Black & Grey HR Consultancy FZE is seeking a sales professional to drive revenue for sustainable solar lighting and advanced battery solutions in the UAE.

You will develop strategies to target dealers, EPC contractors, government projects, and institutional clients, and manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closure. The role requires a strong network, excellent communication, and willingness to travel extensively to build long‑term relationships and achieve targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
• 3–8 years of sales experience in solar, batteries, electrical products, lighting, renewable energy, or related industries.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Strong network with distributors, EPC companies, or institutional customers is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively.
