Job Description

Novotel and ibis World Trade Centre and ibis One Central Dubai is looking for Sales Manager who will be responsible for driving the performance of the leisure segment across the cluster, maximizing revenue opportunities through key partnerships with DMCs, tour operators, TAs, and Bedbanks. The role requires a proactive approach to business development, market analysis, and relationship management to ensure consistent growth and brand visibility across domestic and international leisure markets.

  • Drive the leisure segment performance, achieving and exceeding room night and revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with DMCs, tour operators, TAs, and bedbanks across key source markets (CIS, India, GCC, Europe, etc.).
  • Conduct sales calls, trade visits, and client meetings to secure new business and strengthen existing partnerships.
  • Negotiate contracts, rates, and allotments in line with the cluster’s pricing strategy and budget objectives.
  • Contribute to Food & Beverage revenue through the promotion of in-house dining offers, themed nights, and restaurant partnerships with leisure partners and groups.
  • Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and rate parity, providing insights for tactical actions.
  • Work closely with Revenue and Reservations to optimize inventory, manage allotments, and maximize yield.
  • Represent the cluster at trade shows, roadshows, and tourism events
  • Ensure all contracts and account performance are accurately maintained in ANAIS, with regular production tracking and reporting is done.
  • Identify new opportunities for business growth and expand the cluster’s leisure partner network.
  • Conduct monthly performance reviews for key partners, sharing updates with the Cluster Director of Sales.
  • Contribute to client engagement initiatives and cluster-wide sales activations.
  • Collaborate with Front Office, Reservations, and F&B teams to ensure seamless guest experiences for leisure groups.
Qualifications
  • Experience for at least 2-3 years in a Sales role within the hospitality industry, ideally in an international hotel chain.
  • Proven track record in managing Leisure, DMC, and TA accounts with strong market knowledge.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems (ANAIS preferred),knowledge of rate loading tools is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills, with attention to detail.
  • A motivated, energetic, and results-driven personality with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
