Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or relevant field.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a leadership role within the sales industry.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans in order to achieve assigned quotas.
• Monitor performance of sales staff on a regular basis.
• Train and motivate team members to reach their highest potential.
• Establish relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.
• Analyze market trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Create reports on weekly, monthly or quarterly sales figures.
