A premium ladies-only fitness club is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Team Leader with proven experience in the fitness industry and a strong passion for health and wellness. The ideal candidate will lead the sales team, drive membership growth and ensure exceptional service standards for female members. This position requires a numbers-driven leader with a big-picture mindset who can balance sales execution with strategic input, team motivation and alignment with overall business goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor and motivate the sales team to achieve both individual and team membership targets.
  • Conduct regular team training sessions to enhance sales techniques, product knowledge and customer service skills.
  • Monitor sales performance, set KPIs and analyze data to identify growth opportunities.
  • Manage staff performance, conduct evaluations and report directly to senior management.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to attract new members and retain existing ones.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
