Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough market analysis to understand dynamics, competitive threats, and value chain propositions to position product offerings effectively.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to generate new client leads through targeted prospecting, industry networking, trade associations, presentations, and key industry events.
  • Achieve or exceed set sales targets for rigid packaging (HDPE) within the specified regional market.
  • Cultivate and manage strong, long-term relationships with existing blenders, packers, and distributors.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from lead to close, including handling client inquiries, negotiating contracts, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement an ambitious Annual Business Plan with clear strategies to maximize market potential for HDPE packaging segment.
  • Clearly articulate and demonstrate the competitive differentiation and superior value of products compared to alternative solutions.
  • Monitor client, market, and competitor activity, providing regular feedback and strategic reports to company leadership.
  • Collaborate closely with the production and technical teams to finalize product specifications based on customer requirements and ensure timely order fulfillment.
  • Maintain a robust and active sales pipeline and enquiry database to ensure optimal production planning and machine utilization.
  • Represent the company at domestic and international industry meetings, trade fairs, and exhibitions to promote rigid packaging solutions.
Skills and Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field; an MBA or industry-specific training in plastics technology, packaging, or sales is preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in global B2B sales, specifically selling rigid packaging solutions to the lubricant, chemical, personal care, or detergent industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of the sales process, including estimation, quotation, pricing, and contract negotiation within a manufacturing environment.
  • Proven expertise in B2B sales, key account management, and business development, with a strong track record of securing and managing large client contracts.
  • High proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
  • Valid UAE driving license is required.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective client interaction.
  • Results‑driven with a strategic mindset, strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
