Responsibilities
- Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive market penetration and achieve revenue goals; analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities; prepare quotations and proposals using the Armstrong Bid Tools ADEPT sales portal, CRM, and related systems.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders; address customer concerns to ensure high levels of satisfaction and loyalty; attend sales meetings and conferences as directed by the Sales Director.
- Market Analysis and CRM Reporting: Conduct regular market research to stay informed about market conditions, customer preferences, and competitor actions; prepare and present detailed sales reports, forecasts, gap analysis, competitor analysis, sales pipeline, and performance analyses to senior management; use CRM to track opportunities and develop winning strategies for all contacts within each account to meet order input targets in line with budgeted requirements.
- Sales Operations: Oversee the sales process from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring efficiency and compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards; manage sales budgets, expenses, and resource allocation.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work with other departments (e.g., marketing, product development, customer service) to align strategies and optimize results; regularly communicate with senior management to provide updates on sales performance, challenges, and opportunities.
What We’re Looking For
To thrive in this role, you should bring:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Automation) with sales, marketing, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
- Experience: Substantial experience in sales management, preferably in the HVAC industry; proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets; experience in pump, pressurization units, and booster direct sales to consulting engineers and M&E contractors is an advantage; experience with a sales network of consulting engineers and M&E contractors in the HVAC field.
- Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills; strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities; proficiency in CRM software and MS Office; value and solution selling skills are mandatory; fluency in English and Arabic is preferred.
- Knowledge: Deep understanding of the Saudi Arabian market and business landscape; knowledge of the HVAC industry is highly desirable.
