In this role, you will be responsible for driving customer acquisition, revenue growth, and market expansion within the Beauty division.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage, and develop the sales activity to achieve and exceed performance targets.
- Design and implement strategic sales plans to enhance market presence and revenue growth.
- Establish and nurture strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Monitor industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts, reports, and strategic recommendations to management.
- Foster a high-performance culture within the sales team through continuous training, coaching, and professional development.
- Oversee and drive sales efforts within the Beauty division, focusing on both B2B and Trading channels.
- Development and execution of a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Achievement of sales targets through effective team leadership and performance management.
- Continuous evaluation of sales metrics, with data-driven insights to optimize sales processes.
- Effective collaboration with internal stakeholders to support business growth and customer engagement.
- Representation of the organization at industry events and client meetings to strengthen market positioning.
