JobLeader in Abu Dhabi is seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to lead a team of sales representatives and drive revenue growth in the UAE market.

The role involves developing sales strategies, training the team, conducting market analysis, and building strong client relationships while coordinating with marketing, operations and finance to ensure a smooth sales process. English fluency required; Arabic a plus; visa sponsorship provided.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role in the UAE market.
Strong leadership and the ability to motivate a team.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of UAE market trends, competitors, and customer needs.
Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).

Responsibilities
