Job Title: Sales Manager – Luxury Fashion
We are seeking an energetic and ambitious Sales Manager with proven experience in the luxury fashion segment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for attracting and managing high-profile clients (VIPs, boutiques, wholesale partners), expanding sales across GCC and international markets, developing long-term partnerships, and driving consistent revenue growth.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets in GCC and international markets
- Identify and acquire new clients, including VIP customers, boutiques, and wholesale partners
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders
- Conduct effective presentations and negotiations with B2B and B2C clients
- Monitor market trends and competitors to identify business opportunities
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in luxury fashion
- In-depth knowledge of the GCC market and client base
- Demonstrated success in both B2B and B2C sales
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
- Fluency in English is required; Arabic is a strong advantage
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure
