Responsible for generating revenue by securing new business, strengthening existing accounts, and implementing sales strategies that support the company’s financial goals. This role requires strong relationship-building skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to lead sales activities within assigned market segments.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Identify new business opportunities across assigned segments (corporate, leisure, MICE, travel agencies, long‑stay, etc.).
  • Conduct sales calls, client meetings, presentations, and site inspections.
  • Prepare and negotiate contracts, proposals, and rate agreements in line with company policies.
  • Manage key accounts and ensure continuous business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, travel partners, and corporate accounts.
  • Respond promptly to all sales inquiries and client requests.
  • Ensure excellent customer service throughout the booking and stay process (for hospitality roles).
  • Represent the company at trade shows, networking events, and client functions.
  • Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales reports and market analysis.
  • Maintain accurate client records, activities, and pipelines using CRM systems.
  • Analyze sales trends, competitor activities, and market demand to recommend strategies.
  • Support the Director of Sales in forecasting and budgeting.
  • Work closely with Marketing, Reservations, Revenue Management, and Operations teams.
  • Collaborate on sales campaigns, promotions, and advertising strategies.
  • Ensure accurate communication of client requirements to relevant departments.
  • Participate in training and mentoring of junior sales staff if required.
