Sales Manager in El-Ain, UAE

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Sales Manager to join our team in El-Ain. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a passion for sales and a commitment to achieving excellent results.

The primary responsibility of the Sales Manager will be to generate sales opportunities, increase sales revenue, grow market share and develop relationships with potential customers. This includes researching potential clients, presenting products or services to interested parties, negotiating terms of agreement and closing deals.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for developing strategies to increase customer base, planning campaigns to boost sales, analyzing market trends and statistics to identify areas of improvement, managing inventory levels and monitoring performance metrics. Additionally, they will need to provide training and support to their teams in order to ensure effective execution of the sales process.

To be considered for this role it is essential that you have a minimum of two years’ experience in a similar role. You should also have a proven track record in meeting sales targets as well as experience in working with foreign clients. Knowledge of marketing principles is also desired but not essential.

We offer an attractive salary package of 1200 per month plus performance based bonuses and other benefits such as health care insurance coverage and vacation days.
