Responsibilities
  • General Administration work as per the requirement from the Department heads.
  • Coordination of Sales & Marketing Requirements.
  • Delivery & Inventory management as per the customers purchase order and schedules.
  • Coding and material tracking.
  • Coordinating and Invoicing of Purchase Orders.
  • Sales Order for Balance Material.
  • Assisting / Typing of Quotations for the Marketing and Sales Team
  • Assisting in the making of project submittals.
  • Maintaining & updating of all accessory catalogue/s.
  • Quotation pricing
  • Technical calculation
  • Technical submittal
  • Sample kit management
