Job summary

Aloft Hotels in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Front Office/Sales support professional to use sales techniques to maximize revenue, process reservations, and manage guest loyalty programs. You will resolve guest requests, support Sales & Marketing, and help train staff while upholding brand standards and maintaining confidentiality.

You will collaborate with Management to motivate staff and ensure guest satisfaction, while adhering to company standards and procedures in a fast-paced hospitality

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• At least 2 years of related work experience.

Responsibilities

• Use sales techniques to maximize revenue and maintain guest loyalty.
• Process reservation requests, changes, and cancellations.
• Manage Marriott Rewards points redemption and information entry.
• Resolve guest calls, requests, or problems by contacting appropriate departments.
• Perform general office duties to support Sales & Marketing.
• Assist management in training and motivating employees.
• Maintain professional appearance and confidentiality of proprietary information.
• Welcome and acknowledge guests according to company standards.
