Job Summary

Our client is seeking a dynamic and well-connected Sales Executive with proven experience in listing premium food brands, especially eggs or chilled products, in high-end supermarkets and modern trade outlets in the UAE.

Responsibilities

• Business Development: Identify and approach category buyers in top retail groups (e.g., Spinneys, Choithrams, Waitrose, Carrefour, Union Coop).
• Secure listings for premium egg SKUs across targeted supermarket chains.
• Negotiation and Deal-Making: Negotiate listing fees, promotions, and shelf visibility deals.
• In-Store Marketing: Develop and manage in-store marketing and sampling campaigns.
• Sales Performance: Track sales performance and ensure stock availability.
• Logistics and Supply Chain: Coordinate with supply chain and logistics to ensure timely deliveries.

Requirements

• Minimum 2-4 years of experience in modern trade / retail sales in the UAE food industry.
• Experience with eggs, dairy, or chilled products is preferred.
• Strong network with supermarket procurement teams.
• Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).
• UAE driving license is a must.
