Job description
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies specifically for POS and SCO solutions aligning them with the company’s goals and vision.
  • Oversee the sales pipeline, manage CRM systems and analyze sales data to ensure the team consistently meets and exceeds targets.
  • Requires deep understanding of IT Hardware, Software, POS solutions to effectively communicate with customers addressing their technical inquiries and concerns.
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with key clients, understanding their technical needs, challenges and objectives. Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Lead negotiations, close deals and manage contracts with a focus on achieving win‑win agreements.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business or a related field (MBA is a plus).
  • Proven track record in sales within the POS industry with a minimum of 3-5 years in a sales management role.
  • Strong technical background with in-depth knowledge of POS solutions including hardware and software.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong problem‑solving abilities and adaptability in the fast‑paced POS technology sector.
  • A demonstrated ability to consistently meet and exceed sales targets.
