Overview

Responsibilities
  • Drive the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing sales.
  • Prospect customers using various sources from cold, warm, and hot leads.
  • Qualify prospects against product, service, and company’s requirements.
  • Consult with prospects about business challenges and requirements, and propose suitable packages.
  • Draft and deliver proposals via email while maintaining proper business etiquette.
  • Keep detailed notes on prospects in our CRM (Salesforce).
  • Provide weekly and monthly sales revenue forecasts.
  • Provide feedback to sales management on ways to shorten the sales cycle, enhance sales and improve branding and reputation.
  • Represent the company and its brand positively in the marketplace.
  • Conduct all sales activities with the highest degree of professionalism and integrity.

A fast‑paced, high‑performing team in a multicultural environment with over 50 different nationalities.

Qualifications
  • High school / Secondary school.
  • 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Familiar with Zendesk, CRMs (Salesforce a plus).
  • Persuasive with strong communication skills to close deals; tactful, intelligent, and improvisational skills to handle client objections.
  • Maintain a high number of daily calls and closures; aggressive follow‑up to meet deadlines.
  • Strong negotiation skills to achieve the best possible outcomes.
  • Bi‑lingual is a plus.
