Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue sales opportunities throughout the UAE to increase the market share of Sealy products.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service to clients, addressing their inquiries and providing tailored solutions.
  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to encourage repeat business.
  • Conduct engaging product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the unique benefits of our mattresses.
  • Achieve and exceed individual sales quotas, contributing to the overall success of the sales team.
  • Gather and analyze market insights and customer feedback to inform sales strategies and product offerings.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to identify and capitalize on emerging opportunities.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of sales experience in a similar role, ideally within the consumer goods or retail sector.
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
