DESERT FACE TRADING LLC is seeking an experienced Sales Executive to drive sales of European truck spare parts in the UAE and abroad. The role focuses on aftermarket spares, building customer relationships, and business development within the commercial vehicle sector.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience, strong negotiation skills, and a track record of meeting sales targets in a dynamic market. Travel for business is possible when required.

• 5+ years of experience in European truck spare parts sales.
• Strong product knowledge of commercial vehicle spare parts and aftermarket products.
• Experience dealing with workshops, fleet companies, distributors, and spare parts traders.

Job description

We are looking for an experienced Sales Executive / Senior Sales Executive with strong knowledge of European truck spare parts to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have hands‑on experience in aftermarket spare parts sales, customer relationship management, and business development within the commercial vehicle sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, workshops, fleet owners, and spare parts dealers.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base in the UAE and international markets.
• Promote and sell European truck spare parts, including components for brands such as Volvo, Scania, Mercedes-Benz, MAN, DAF, Iveco, and Renault Trucks.
• Understand customer requirements and provide suitable spare parts solutions.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate prices, and close sales deals to achieve targets.
• Follow up on customer inquiries, orders, deliveries, and payments.
• Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular sales reports to management.
• Coordinate with purchase and warehouse teams to ensure product availability and timely delivery.
• Build long-term customer relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in European truck spare parts sales is required.
• Strong product knowledge of commercial vehicle spare parts and aftermarket products.
• Experience dealing with workshops, fleet companies, distributors, and spare parts traders.
• Good understanding of the UAE automotive spare parts market.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
• Ability to achieve sales targets and generate new business opportunities.
• Experience with international markets (especially Africa/export markets) is an advantage
