Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in African, GCC, and international markets.
- Generate leads, follow up with potential buyers, and convert them into sales.
- Prepare and deliver quotations, negotiate pricing, and close deals.
- Maintain an active pipeline of prospects and weekly sales reports.
Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with dealers, brokers, and international buyers.
- Conduct client meetings (virtual or onsite) and provide timely product updates.
- Manage customer queries, complaints, and after-sales follow-ups.
Export Operations Coordination
- Coordinate with logistics, procurement, yard operations, and documentation teams to ensure timely vehicle delivery.
- Ensure all export documents are accurate and complete.
- Track shipments and update clients on delivery timelines.
Market & Product Knowledge
- Stay updated on global demand, pricing trends, competitor activities, and vehicle availability in UAE.
- Provide recommendations to the sales manager on pricing, stock mix, and market potential.
Requirements
Education & Experience
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in automotive sales, preferably in car exports.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Skills & Competencies
- Fluency in Arabic (mandatory) and additional languageFrench,Swahili.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Knowledge of export processes, shipping procedures, and international trade documents.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced trading environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
