What You Will Do
  • Represent BYD as a trusted advisor, guiding customers from enquiry through test drive to handover.
  • Manage leads with precision. Ensure every enquiry is tracked, followed up, and converted through effective sales system usage.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets while maximizing upselling opportunities.
  • Deliver a premium customer experience, blending product expertise with genuine relationship‑building.
  • Work closely with marketing, aftersales, and finance teams to ensure seamless processes and satisfied customers.
Required Skills and Experience
  • Minimum 2 years of proven sales experience in the UAE, preferably in the automotive industry; EV or luxury brand exposure are added value.
  • Track record in lead conversion, pipeline management, and customer follow‑up.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills; fluency in English required (other languages an advantage).
  • Tech‑savvy with sales systems and digital sales platforms.
  • Valid UAE driver’s license.
  • Driven, resilient, and motivated by customer success and sustainable innovation.
