A leading manufacturer of portable solutions is seeking a motivated Sales Executive to join their team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have 2–4 years of experience in B2B sales within the GRP or related industries, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build lasting client relationships. Responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities and achieving sales targets while promoting a range of portable products.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in industrial or B2B sales – preferably in related industry.

  • Effective Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation abilities.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the UAE and GCC.
  • Promote and sell company products including cabins and portable toilets.
  • Maintain strong client relationships for repeat business and satisfaction.
  • Prepare quotations and negotiate terms to successfully close deals.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

We export to multiple countries including those in the Middle East, Africa, and GCC regions.

Role Description

Kazema Group / PolyPods Industries is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in GRP products, portable cabins, plastic or security cabins industry, and a proven ability to generate leads, close sales, and build lasting client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the UAE and GCC markets.
  • Promote and sell company products including GRP cabins, security cabins, portable toilets, and other prefabricated solutions.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare quotations, follow up on inquiries, and negotiate terms to successfully close deals.
  • Coordinate with the estimation, production, and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct site visits and product presentations when required.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and pricing strategies.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports and update CRM systems accurately.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in industrial or B2B sales – preferably in GRP, Plastic, Porta Cabin, or Construction Materials industry.
  • Proficiency in Sales, Lead Generation, and Client Relationship Management
  • Skills in Market Research, Competitor Analysis, and Strategic Planning
  • Effective Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation abilities
  • Languages - English, Arabic
  • Must be currently based in UAE
