You’ll be responsible for


  • Generating and qualifying leads (walk-ins, calls, referrals)

  • Managing the end-to-end sales process: client meetings, documentation, bank submission

  • Meeting and exceeding monthly sales targets

  • Building long-term relationships with clients & bank partners


Skills


  • Fluent in English; Arabic is a valuable plus

  • Valid UAE Driving Licence + own car (essential)

  • At least 1-2 years in a target-driven sales environment (banking, real estate, insurance or any high-volume sales)

  • Excellent communication, negotiation & closing skills

  • Strong self-motivation and ability to thrive in a commission-based role
