As part of our expansion, we are hiring Sales Executives to develop our B2C and B2B client portfolio in Dubai.

Main Responsibilities
  • Prospect and acquire new individual and corporate clients in the field.
  • Present and promote AS LOTUS service packs in a clear, confident, and elegant manner.
  • Identify customer needs and propose personalized solutions.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle — from prospecting to contract signing.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets set by management.
  • Represent the company’s image of quality, trust, and French sophistication
Residence Conditions
  • Open only to candidates currently residing in Dubai.
  • Candidates must hold a valid UAE residence visa (company-sponsored, family, or freelance).
  • AS LOTUS does not provide a residence visa for this position.
  • Working under another company’s visa is not permitted, unless an official MOHRE “External Work Permit” is issued.
Compensation
  • Attractive commissions based on performance.
  • → Top performers can earn between AED 6,000 – 8,000 per month through sales achievements.
