Job summary

A leading supplier of PPE products seeks a sales professional in Dubai to drive business development and client relationships within industrial, marine, construction, and oil & gas sectors. The role focuses on identifying new opportunities, managing key accounts, and ensuring market intelligence through reports and forecasts. Ideally, candidates should have a minimum of 3 years in sales, strong communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office. Residency in Dubai and a UAE driving license are preferred.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience in PPE, safety equipment, or industrial garments.
  • Must be a resident of Dubai.
  • UAE driving license preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities for PPE products.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales & Business Development
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities for PPE products across industrial, marine, construction, and oil & gas sectors.
    • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed targets.
  • Client Relationship Management
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and procurement teams.
    • Provide product demonstrations, technical support, and after-sales service.
  • Market Intelligence & Reporting
    • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
    • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates.
  • Coordination & Logistics
    • Liaise with internal teams to ensure timely delivery, stock availability, and compliance with client specifications.
    • Support pricing strategies and quotation preparation.
Skills
  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience in PPE, safety equipment, or industrial garments.
  • Strong understanding of PPE categories (e.g., coveralls, gloves, helmets, safety shoes).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
  • Must be a resident of Dubai.
  • UAE driving license preferred.
