Junior Sales Executive (Indoor & Outdoor) — Tagalog/English
Location: UAE
Workdays: Monday–Saturday
Role Summary
Support revenue growth through client outreach, meetings, and closing small-to-mid deals. Work both in-office and on-site with clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect via calls, WhatsApp, email, and site visits
- Meet clients, present services, handle objections
- Prepare quotations/proposals; follow up until closing
- Negotiate terms and close in line with targets
- Keep a clean pipeline (CRM/Tracker) and daily activity log
- Coordinate handover with operations and after-sales follow-ups
- Hit weekly/monthly KPIs (meetings, proposals, conversions, revenue)
Requirements
- Fluent Tagalog and strong English (speaking & writing)
- Confident communicator; polite client handling
- Negotiation ability and deal-closing mindset
- Smart, self-motivated, and target-driven
- Solid time management and punctuality
- Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors across the UAE
- 0–2 years of sales or customer-facing experience (fresh grads welcome)
Skills
Desired Skills (Nice to Have)
- CRM & reporting: Track deals in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets.
- Docs & formatting: Create quotations & proposals in Microsoft Word/Google Docs (clean layouts, no typos).
- Lead generation: Confident with cold calls, LinkedIn outreach, and collecting leads at events.
- Account growth: Support key accounts and drive upselling/cross-selling of add-on services.
- Field planning: Plan efficient routes for outdoor visits; good UAE area/territory familiarity.
- On-site coordination: Assist with hospitality demos/client visits and liaise smoothly with operations.
