About the Role

We are seeking a Sales Executive Arab,Russian and English Speaker to represent our luxury renovation, landscaping, and pool businesses. The role focuses on networking, building client relationships, and securing new project opportunities. This position requires a confident, proactive professional who thrives in high-end environments and is motivated by results. The primary responsibility of this role is to drive sales for the company by generating leads, building rapport, and converting them into confirmed projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive sales growth as the key priority, focusing on lead conversion and securing signed projects.
  • Generate and qualify leads through networking, referrals, direct outreach, and follow-ups.
  • Build rapport and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients, consultants, developers, and industry professionals.
  • Develop partnerships with real estate agents, architects, and interior designers to create referral channels.
  • Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and community events to represent the company and secure prospects.
  • Leverage social media, WhatsApp groups, and professional networks (LinkedIn, industry forums) to promote services and attract new leads.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits to understand requirements and close deals.
  • Create and implement a sales strategy and action plan to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Manage and update the sales leads and potential projects database to ensure accurate tracking and follow-up.
  • Prepare daily and weekly reporting updates to management on sales activities, pipeline progress, and conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with the design and project teams to align proposals with client needs and company capabilities.
  • Continuously monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to refine sales strategies.n leads.

Requirements
  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or client relationship management (luxury, real estate, construction, or interior/landscape design preferred).
  • Strong sales drive with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Excellent communication, networking, rapport-building, and negotiation skills.
  • Confident, polished, and comfortable engaging with high-net-worth clients.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple leads and projects simultaneously.
  • UAE market knowledge and a valid UAE driving license preferred.
