Job summary

Alpha Data LLC invites an experienced Sales Executive with 3+ years UAE IT sales experience. You will handle customer enquiries, prepare proposals, and coordinate with Presales and other departments to drive bids and win opportunities.

You must have a UAE driving license, excellent communication and follow-up skills, and be able to maintain CRM/ERP systems and the sales pipeline while developing repeat business and pursuing new leads.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years UAE experience in Inside Sales/Sales Coordination.
• Experience in IT products, solutions and managed services.
• Excellent communication and customer follow-up skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries and quotation follow-ups.
• Prepare proposals and support RFP/RFQ submissions and bidding.
• Coordinate with Presales and Department teams.
• Follow up on quotations until PO confirmation.
• Maintain CRM/ERP and sales pipeline updates.
• Arrange customer meetings and support commercial discussions.
• Develop repeat business and follow up on new leads.
• Prepare weekly sales reports.
