Qualifications

  • Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role in a 4 or 5 star hotel, preferably with a focus on M.I.C.E sales.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • A proactive, results-driven approach with a commitment to delivering excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Execute all sales activities in line with the department's business objectives.
  • Proactively identify, solicit, and secure transient, group, and meeting business.
  • Ensure adherence to established selling strategies.
  • Maintain knowledge of the property’s unique selling points.
  • Prepare corporate and government proposal letters.
  • Monitor and report market trends and competitor activities.
  • Provide updates to the Director of Sales & Marketing.
  • Maintain an accurate account database and client contact records.
