Sales Executive - KSA Market

Are you a highly driven, bilingual Sales Executive with deep experience in the Information Security space? Do you thrive on opening new accounts, closing complex, multi-solution deals, and managing strategic relationships across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA)?

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team in Dubai to take ownership of the Saudi Market. You will be the single point of contact for our key accounts, responsible for driving significant new business growth and ensuring our continued success within this vital region.

What You'll Be Doing: Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Target Ownership: Take full responsibility for achieving assigned sales targets and objectives across the KSA market and within strategic accounts.
  • Business Development: Develop and execute strategies to acquire net‑new business, proactively increasing “wallet share” within the existing customer base, and leveraging referrals and channel partners.
  • Relationship Management: Function as the primary point of contact for key accounts, building and maintaining strong, long‑term relationships and acting as a Trusted Advisor to senior personnel.
  • Presentations & Proposals: Develop and deliver compelling value propositions, presentations, and quotations for complex solutions in Digital Identity, Software, and Cloud Services.
  • Market Strategy: Create and routinely update a dynamic territory plan, highlighting regional targets, vertical opportunities, and competitor awareness.
  • Forecasting & Reporting: Maintain accurate sales forecasts, call records, and documentation, ensuring timely follow‑up with all prospects.
  • Market Presence: Leverage marketing events, industry trade shows, and speaking engagements to bolster brand recognition across the marketplace.
What You'll Need to Succeed: Qualifications & Essential Requirements
  • Experience: A minimum of 8+ years of successful sales experience, with a proven track record of closing multi‑solution key deals and consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Industry Expertise: Must have deep sales experience within the Information Security space, preferably selling complex solutions in Digital Identity, Software & Cloud Services.
  • Bilingual Fluency: Must be fluent in both English and Arabic (written and spoken).
  • Regional Knowledge: Strong regional experience within the KSA market is mandatory, evidenced by a history of new account development and account relationship management, particularly with fortune-level accounts.
  • Travel: Ability to handle the stress of frequent travel, with a minimum of 50% of your time spent in KSA.
  • Education: Diploma/Degree or equivalent experience.
Highly Desirable Skills
  • A solid understanding of security solutions (e.g., Crypto solutions, PKI, HSM’s, encryption).
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and sales negotiation skills.
  • Strong analytical thinking, a flexible attitude, and the ability to work cross‑functionally within the organization.
