Job summary

A leading engineering recruitment agency in Dubai is seeking a skilled sales professional to support businesses in the Power Systems and Industrial Automation sector. The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering and have experience in sales service for Power Systems equipment. Responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, preparing proposals, and ensuring sales targets are met. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential in this role.

Responsibilities

  • Familiar with MV, LV Switchgear, Power and Distribution transformers.
  • Possess strong base of clients in the sector with good working relationships.
  • Identifying and establishing new business opportunities.
  • Preparing tenders, proposals, and quotations.
  • Providing Pre-Sales and Post-Sales Reports.
  • Negotiating contracts, terms, and conditions.
  • Writing sales reports.
  • Ensuring sales targets are met.
  • Attending trade exhibitions and conferences.

Job Purpose

Support existing Business to venture and succeed into Power Systems and Industrial Automation sector by introducing to new clients and orders.

Job Description

Candidate should have experience mostly in Sales service of Power Systems equipment including Low, Medium and High Voltage System and Industrial Automation.

Responsibilities
  • Familiar with MV, LV Switchgear, Power and Distribution transformers, Drives, PLC and Controllers of different manufacturers.
  • Possess strong base of clients in the above sector with good working relationships.
  • Identifying and establishing new business.
  • Preparing tenders, proposals, and quotations.
  • Providing Pre‑Sales and Post Sales Report.
  • Negotiating Contracts, terms, and conditions.
  • Writing Sales Reports.
  • Ensuring Sales targets are met.
  • Attending trade exhibitions, conferences, and meetings.
Industry Experience

Should have working experience in Power Plants, Oil and Gas, Process Plant, utility Companies etc.

Skills, Tools and Experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good Computer Skills with proficiency in MS Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Outlook.
  • Excellent sales and customer service skills with a proven ability to explain company’s technical services to clients.
  • Ability to apply engineering, technology, or other related principles to sales.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Key point of contact for clients, answering queries, providing technical advice, and demonstrating how to use new services.
