About Us

We are a home automation / smart home company based in the UAE, delivering bespoke solutions (lighting control, HVAC integration, security, smart appliances, etc.) for residential and commercial clients. We are growing and seeking a strong sales engineer to drive new business.

Job Purpose

To generate new leads, cultivate relationships, and close sales in the home automation space. You will act as both a technical consultant and business developer, targeting interior design firms, architectural practices, facilities management companies (FMCs), real estate developers, and other relevant channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively source new business leads via cold outreach (phone, email, networking)
  • Contact interior design firms, architects, FMCs, property developers, contractors, etc.
  • Present proposals, conduct demonstrations, and convert leads into clients
  • Understand technical requirements and propose appropriate system solutions
  • Manage the sales pipeline, follow up, and ensure smooth handover to engineering/installation teams
  • Collaborate with marketing to support lead generation campaigns
  • Prepare proposals, quotes, contracts, and sales documentation
  • Meet monthly/quarterly sales targets

  • Bachelor’s degree (Engineering, Electronics, Electrical, or equivalent) preferred
  • At least 2 years of relevant sales experience in technical / automation / systems / building management domain
  • Strong communicator (English required; Arabic is a plus)
  • Excellent cold calling / prospecting skills, confident speaking on phone
  • Ability to understand technical aspects and communicate them simply
  • Strong negotiation & closing skills
  • Self-motivated, target oriented, organized
  • Valid UAE work eligibility (or willingness to relocate / arrange visa)
