A leading mechanical solutions provider is seeking a candidate with a BE Mechanical and 3 years of experience in mechanical seals or rotary equipment, preferably in the UAE. The role involves identifying customer needs, providing technical support, and establishing new accounts. Strong problem-solving and communication skills are essential for this position, which involves traveling across the Middle East, primarily Saudi Arabia.

Qualifications

Qualification:
  • BE Mechanical with 3 years’ experience in the field of Mechanical Seals or Rotary Equipment in the Middle East, preferably UAE.
Job Responsibilities:

Selected Candidate will serve customers by identifying their needs; engineering adaptations of products, rotary equipment, and services. Travelling to customers spread across Saudi Arabia, mainly customers such as end users and OEMs.

Applicants shall perform the following Job Duties:
  • Identify current and future customer requirements for mechanical seals by establishing personal rapport with potential and actual customers and other persons in a position to understand mechanical seals requirements.
  • Provide product, service, or equipment technical and engineering information by answering questions and requests concerning mechanical seals and its applications.
  • Establish new accounts and service accounts by identifying potential customers; planning and organizing sales call schedule.
  • Submit offers by conferring with technical support staff (Sealmatic HQ).
  • Prepare sales reports by collecting, analysing, and summarizing sales information and engineering and application trends.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
