Your Role
  • Have a good knowledge of HVAC equipment.
  • Identify prospects and establish a professional relationship to understand customer needs and suggest products and/or services that meet those needs.
  • Participate in business development activities for prospects within the defined customer segment to support the business strategy.
  • Develop new customer contact leads for the sales business development team.
  • Develop personal long‑term customer relationships with prospective accounts to influence opportunities.
  • Attend trade shows occasionally to increase the visibility of the organization and potentially influence prospects.
  • Strong technical, research, analytical, teamwork, and communication skills, including the ability to explain clearly, listen to client feedback, and negotiate with and influence others.
  • Assess the HVAC requirements of clients by conducting detailed surveys and site evaluations.
  • Offer guidance on the best HVAC solutions, including system design, installation, and maintenance.
  • Create tailored HVAC plans to meet specific client needs and ensure optimal performance.
  • Keep abreast of the latest HVAC technologies, trends, and industry standards.
  • Have a good knowledge of the country regulations in the HVAC domain.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
  • 1–3 years of experience in HVAC sales.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; technical knowledge of HVAC systems.
