About the Role

We’re looking for a driven SDR to join our commercial team in Dubai and support our growth across the GCC. Your mission will be to connect with our ICP's - generating qualified opportunities for our sales pipeline.

This is a hands on outreach role that blends research, outreach, and intelligent qualification. You’ll work closely with our Account Executives and Marketing teams to identify prospects, open doors, and create meaningful conversations that convert into demos and deals.

What You’ll Do
  • Identify, research, and reach out to potential customers across the GCC (via LinkedIn, email, and phone).
  • Qualify leads based on need, fit, and buying intent using structured frameworks (e.g. BANT or MEDDIC).
  • Book and coordinate high-quality meetings for Account Executives.
  • Maintain detailed prospect records in the CRM
  • Collaborate with marketing to align campaigns and follow-up sequences.
  • Track activity, KPIs, and conversion metrics across outreach channels.
  • Provide feedback on market trends, buyer objections, and competitor positioning.
What We’re Looking For
  • 1–3 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, fintech, or RegTech preferred.
  • Confident communicator — fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).
  • Strong research skills and understanding of the GCC business landscape.
  • Resilient, target, and highly organised.
  • Experience using tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Zoho CRM, and coldreach platforms.
  • A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
