Job Title : Internal Sales Development Representative (SDR)

Job Type : Full-Time / from Office

Position Overview :

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Internal Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our sales team in Dubai, in promoting and selling our IT security solutions. The SDR will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential leads, initiating contact with prospects through various outreach methods, and setting appointments for the sales team. This role plays a critical part in building a strong sales pipeline and helping to grow revenue.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Conduct outbound prospecting via phone, email, LinkedIn, and other channels to generate new sales opportunities
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on defined criteria and pass them to the appropriate sales executives
  • Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate prospect and customer information
  • Follow up on marketing-generated leads and nurture them through the early stages of the sales funnel
  • Set up meetings or calls between qualified leads and sales executives
  • Collaborate with marketing to develop targeted outreach campaigns
  • Track and report key performance metrics such as lead conversion rates, outreach activity, and pipeline generation
  • Continuously improve messaging, scripts, and outreach strategies based on feedback and performance
  • Stay up to date on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor activity

Required Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
  • 1–3 years of experience in technology sales, customer service, or a related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to sales outreach
  • Comfortable making cold calls and handling objections
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., ZOHO CRM) and sales engagement tools
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications :

  • Native Arabic Speaking and perfect command in English
  • Understanding of the sales cycle and common sales methodologies
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
