Energy Robotics is transforming industrial inspection through autonomous robotics and AI-powered analytics. We are seeking a motivated and strategic Sales Development Representative (SDR) (m/f/d) to join our team and help drive global growth. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building relationships, and is passionate about technology.
YOUR TASKS
- Develop and execute targeted outreach campaigns aligned with our ideal customer profile.
- Conduct cold calls to initiate conversations and generate qualified leads.
- Design and manage social media campaigns to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Attend industry events and conferences to represent Energy Robotics and build new business connections.
- Research and profile prospective accounts to identify key stakeholders and business needs.
- Align with marketing to assess and convert inbound leads into actionable sales conversations.
- Partner with the sales team to ensure smooth lead handoff and effective account qualification.
YOUR PROFILE
- Language Proficiency: Professionally fluent in both English (spoken and written).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree, ideally in a Business-related field or Engineering.
- Presentation Skills: Strong ability to present ideas clearly and confidently to diverse audiences.
- Autonomy: Comfortable working independently and taking initiative.
- Growth Mindset: Eager to continuously learn and improve.
- Sales Confidence: Confident in initiating cold calls and engaging potential clients.
- Industry Passion: Genuine interest in robotics and emerging technologies.
- Travel Flexibility: Willingness to travel for industry events and networking opportunities.
HELPFUL ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
- Arabic language skills are a plus.
- Familiarity with one or more of the following sectors is a strong advantage: Chemical, Oil & Gas, or Energy.
