Job summary

A leading international company in Umm al-Quwain is seeking a Coordinator to manage customer inquiries, coordinate order intake processes, and ensure effective communication. The role requires strong problem-solving skills, team collaboration, and proficiency in MS Office. Applicants should have a Bachelor’s degree and 2-3 years of relevant experience in the UAE. Arabic language skills are essential.

Description

In this role, you will be responsible for managing the quote follow-up process, coordinating order intake procedures, engaging in customer follow-up and marketing activities, and ensuring seamless communication within the team and with clients.

Role & Responsibilities
  • Receiving of inquiry, understanding client exact requirement
  • Client Management by sending email and follow up with requirement and orders
  • Collect valid documents from customers, including the company license, and copies of the owners' passport, visa, and Emirates ID.
  • Identify and pursue potential new clients who could benefit from the company's products and services
  • Prepare at least one newsfeed once in a month and send to the marketing person
  • Preparation of submittals, quote for the tenders
  • Contact Management; updating outlook contacts
  • Yearly overview – Quotations Made/Won & Lost
Skills & Competencies
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, Arabic is a must
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure
  • Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving
  • Open-minded, respectful, and adaptable to a non-9-to-5 work culture
  • A team player with high level of dedication
Education & Qualifications
