Job description

Our client is seeking aSales Consultant with a focus on Hair / Hair Products in the beauty industry. The ideal candidatewill be responsible for driving sales growth, building relationships with clients, and representing company's brands to ensure customer satisfaction. This role requires a proactive individual with a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for the beauty industry.

Responsibilities :

1-Sales and Business Development :

  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand the company's clientbase.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets set by the Sales Manager.
  • Present, promote, and sell products using solid arguments to existing andprospective customers.
  • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customerneeds.
  • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.

2-Client Relationship Management :

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships by understanding theirneeds and providing exceptional service.
  • Visit salons, spas, hotels, and beauty retailers regularly to ensure client satisfactionand address any concerns.
  • Act as a key point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries, providing productinformation, and resolving any issues.
  • Keep up to date with the latest product launches, market trends, and competitoractivities to better serve customers.

3-Reporting and Documentation :

  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports, including weekly work plans, and monthlyand annual territory analyses.
  • Keep accurate records of all sales activities, customer interactions, andtransactions in the company CRM system.
  • Track and analyze sales data to identify trends, strengths, weaknesses,

opportunities, and threats in your sales area.

4-Training and Development :

  • Participate in training sessions to stay updated on new products and salestechniques.
  • Educate clients on product features and benefits through demonstrations andtraining sessions.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional events andactivities.
  • Work closely with the Sales Manager and other team members to align on salesstrategies and objectives.
  • Provide feedback to the product development team based on client needs andmarket trends.
  • Support team members and contribute to a positive team environment.

Requirements :

  • Proven experience as a sales consultant or in a similar sales role.
  • Experience in the beauty industry is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, with a results-driven approach.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with CRM practices and systems.
  • Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
  • This role requires frequent travel to visit clients within the assigned territory or suppliers.
  • Flexibility to work beyond regular office hours, including evenings and weekends, asneeded.
