The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of real estate sales experience in the UAE, strong communication skills, and a valid UAE driving license. Proficiency in Arabic is required, along with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Job Responsibilities
  • Actively sell company properties, including plots, villas, and buildings (commercial & residential)
  • Identify and pursue potential leads, establish client relationships, and conduct property viewings
  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information about properties to clients
  • Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and achieving sales targets
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to promote properties effectively
  • Stay updated on real estate market trends and competitors' activities
Job Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of UAE real estate sales experience
  • Possess a valid UAE driving license
  • Fluency in the Arabic language (both verbal and written)
  • Proven ability to achieve sales targets and drive results
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Proficiency in using real estate databases and online listing platforms
