Role Requirements
  • Daily calls to potential landlords and sellers.
  • Conduct market appraisals for listings.
  • List properties on our CRM system Reapit.
  • Qualify clients and arrange viewings.
  • Acting as a negotiator and find suitable outcomes for both parties.
  • Maintain regular contact with clients and build a strong relationship based on trust and transparency.
  • Keep record of properties, clients, and owners.
