The ideal candidate will have 3 - 5 years of experience in real estate sales, particularly in the luxury segment, and a track record of meeting sales targets. Responsibilities include managing end-to-end sales processes, maintaining relationships with HNI clients, and driving sales strategies. This is a full-time role offering a competitive salary between AED10,000 and AED20,000 per month.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain relationships with channel partners and HNI clients
  • Drive monthly and quarterly sales targets through strategic selling
  • Provide market intelligence and competitor analysis to guide business strategy
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations to ensure effective lead conversion
  • Mentor and support junior team members to enhance team performance
  • Participate in roadshows, property expos, and client events to generate leads

Requirements:

  • 3 - 5 years of experience in real estate sales, preferably in the luxury segment
  • Strong network of channel partners and high-net-worth individuals (HNIs)
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong understanding of real estate market trends, pricing, and demand drivers
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Experience in handling international clients is an added advantage
  • Knowledge of CRM tools and real estate sales software
