Job summary

Prypco in Dubai is seeking a Sales Development Representative to support the Mortgage Business Development team. This junior outbound-focused role targets real estate agencies, identifies the right contacts, and arranges qualified meetings for our BDMs.

You will research agencies, make outbound calls via phone, WhatsApp, email and LinkedIn, and hand over opportunities to BDMs with a clear meeting justification. Proficiency with Salesforce and a target-driven mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in telesales, lead generation or appointment setting.
• Confident on the phone and able to approach new contacts.
• Clear spoken and written English; other languages a plus.
• Organised, persistent and target-driven.
• Basic CRM experience is helpful.
• Real estate or mortgage experience is advantageous but not required.

Responsibilities

• Research real estate agencies and identify owners, sales managers and other relevant contacts.

• Introduce Prypco Mortgage and understand current agency referral processes.

About the role

We are looking for a Sales Development Representative to support our Mortgage Business Development team This is a junior outbound-focused role You will identify real estate agencies we could work with speak to the right people and arrange qualified meetings for our Business Development Managers BDMs

What you will do

• Research real estate agencies and identify owners sales managers and other relevant contacts
• Make outbound calls and follow up through WhatsApp email and LinkedIn
• Introduce PRYPCO Mortgage and find out how agencies currently handle mortgage referrals
• Book relevant meetings for BDMs with a clear reason for the meeting and the right contact involved
• Follow up with prospects and keep track of conversations and next steps
• Keep contact details outreach activity and meeting notes up to date in Salesforce
• Work with the BDMs to hand over opportunities and confirm whether meetings took place

How success will be measured

• Consistent outreach a healthy pipeline of relevant agency contacts and qualified meetings that are attended and accepted by the BDM team
• Accuracy and follow-up in Salesforce will also be important

What we are looking for
