We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Marketing and Sales Manager to lead our business growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will develop and implement marketing strategies, drive sales performance, and build strong client relationships to expand Lexoro Solutions’ market presence across the UAE and internationally.

Sales & Business Development
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to acquire corporate clients.
  • Promote Lexoro Solutions’ services to potential clients through direct meetings, calls, and networking.
  • Prepare customized proposals, quotations, and presentations to close deals.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
Marketing & Branding
  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns (online and offline) to increase brand awareness.
  • Manage social media presence and digital marketing strategies including SEO, PPC, and email marketing.
  • Coordinate with the creative and technical teams for website content, advertisements, and promotional materials.
  • Organize and participate in business events, exhibitions, and trade shows to generate leads.
Client Relationship Management
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through professional communication and service delivery.
