What You’ll Do
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients across industries.
  • Identify and pitch opportunities in branding, social media, content production, and digital marketing.
  • Collaborate with our creative team to turn ideas into bold campaigns.
  • Represent Monolith with professionalism, personality, and passion.
Who You Are
  • European or Arab candidates preferred (English fluency a must; Arabic a plus).
  • Presentable, confident, persuasive, and a natural communicator.
  • Team player who thrives in a creative, fast-paced environment.
  • Previous sales experience in digital media or agency work is a plus — not a must.
  • Ambitious, proactive, and eager to grow with the agency.
