Sales & Administrative Coordinator – Education & Events Sector

Our client is seeking a confident, proactive, and highly organized Sales & Administrative Coordinator to join their team in Dubai. This front-facing role is ideal for someone with a strong background in sales and customer service, particularly within the education or events industry. You’ll be the first point of contact for clients, parents, and visitors, and play a key role in driving enrollment, bookings, and client engagement while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the first point of contact for prospective clients, parents, and visitors—delivering a warm, professional welcome that reflects the brand.
  • Handle inbound inquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins, converting leads into enrollments or bookings through persuasive communication and follow-up.
  • Maintain and update CRM systems with lead information, follow-up actions, and conversion tracking.
  • Support marketing and sales campaigns by preparing promotional materials, coordinating outreach, and assisting with event logistics.
  • Provide detailed information about programs, services, and events, tailoring messaging to client needs and interests.
  • Assist with registration, admissions, and onboarding processes for new students.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and client satisfaction.
  • Organize and support internal and external events, meetings, and promotional activities.
  • Manage administrative tasks including scheduling, filing, document preparation, and record keeping.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE regulations, maintaining confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
Key Requirements
  • Proven experience in sales, customer service, or business development within the education or events industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a persuasive, client-focused approach.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor with a warm, approachable personality.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, client-driven environment.
  • Fluent in English (verbal and written) is MANDATORY. A native English speaker needed.

🕒 Working Hours: 35 hours per week, Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM
