Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and support sales activities, ensuring effective communication between clients, consultants, and the sales team.
  • Manage and update CRM systems (Apollo, HubSpot) to maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, and client interactions.
  • Assist with the execution of email marketing campaigns and follow-up communications.
  • Provide exceptional client management and support, responding promptly to enquiries and requests.
  • Collaborate with the business development team to identify and qualify leads, supporting pipeline growth.
  • Deliver ad hoc administrative support to ensure the smooth running of the office, including scheduling, document management, and reporting.
