Job description

Job title: Sales Account Specialist, Perfumery & Beauty

Location: Dubai, UAE

12-month contract, immediate joiner is preferred

As Sales Support Specialist, you will play a key role in enabling the Sales team to achieve objectives by managing the Project-to-Order process efficiently. Your responsibilities include handling customer documentation and sample requests, ensuring accurate and timely updates of all commercial data, and coordinating sample orders through SAP and Excel. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to seamless operations and strengthen client relationships by delivering reliable support and process excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Support sales team to manage their accounts, both externally (with clients) and internally;
• Manage the projects administration and routine inquiries from clients.
• Support customer projects: follow up in project management tool, coordinate activities with other functions involved, including sampling for clients and for consumer tests.
• Create and maintain new product introductions and discontinuation information
• Prepare and organize client meetings and submissions, take care of day to day client requests;
• File and maintain all commercial documents, including contracts and agreements and perform general administrative tasks.

You bring

• Bachelor degree or equivalent
• 1-3 years of experience in similar position, preferably experience in a commercial assistant role
• In depth knowledge and usage of sales working processes and rules (SAP and Microsoft Office)
• Good understanding of the business and analytical approach to support the sales mission
• Ability to develop and maintain good working relationship with clients (mainly back office)
• Fluent in English, Arabic and/or French is a plus
